A patient share their kidney disease and their treatment with ayurvedic kidney treatment from Karma Ayurveda

Hi, my name is Raman Kumar, and I am from Bodla, Agra. I work as a sales executive. I live here with my mother and father. I am very conscious of my health after so long as my carelessness had led me to a severe issue.

It s going to be a new year soon, and before that, I want to share a pearl of wisdom here with you all. We all take our body and this life for granted. We all are living a reckless life, and making this body bears it all. Be it the mental, physical, or emotional tension, and we are making it tough for our body and soul. Our lifestyle is turning to a swank. For once, we can say that gyming and all the physical activities we do is our dedication towards our health but deep inside, we all know it is somewhere to impress others. It is high time to take a look at all the things we are doing and start taking care of our health.

Let me talk about myself, not a long before I was diagnosed with kidney disease. It was tough to believe that my kidney was at risk. According to doctors, my kidney needed a transplant as soon as possible. A kidney transplant is no joke. It takes a lot of courage in the first place to make this mind ready that the body will be undergoing major surgery. Thoughts like would the foreign organ will function good, would the body accept it, etc. make it even tougher to come to a static conclusion. Apart from this, organ donors, expenses, healing periods, pain, etc. are some other significant aspects that were not allowing me to undergo this surgery and do a kidney transplant. Also, I was looking for an alternate of a kidney transplant.

How many of you believe in healthy eating, yoga, and Ayurveda? Yes, I found my alternate for a kidney transplant in Ayurveda. The thing that makes Ayurvedic treatment for kidney disease better than the artificial allopathic medicines and treatment is the fact that it focuses on the treatment of the underlying causes of the disease and not only the symptoms. This makes the disease die out and never let it come back.

To me, my uncle suggested an excellent Ayurvedic kidney hospital, Karma Ayurveda led by Dr. Puneet Dhawan, with an expert team of dietitians, and health counselors. This place is indeed a wonder for me for all it has done to my kidneys. It has brought back my belief in Ayurveda and native treatment. I still find it a miracle that my kidneys are doing very good. I wonder why those doctors suggested an organ transplant.

I took all the herbal medicines they had prescribed me, practiced all the yoga asanas I was taught, and followed my strict renal diet directed by them. Within a few months, I was back in my normal daily routine. Although, I am still following the diet even after the medication period is over. I strongly recommend this place as I have felt the change personally. I am grateful to Dr. Puneet Dhawan and the team of Karma Ayurveda who helped me when I was not helping myself. A big thanks once again.
